How NG-INMO works, step by step
From the client's first message to the viewing confirmed with the owner. Nobody in your office has to step in.

The client writes or calls
The message comes in on WhatsApp, on your website chat or by phone. The bot reads what they ask for and works out which home they want and with which features.

Searches the database
Baserow keeps pulling data from the agency's CRM (Inmobalia CRM, for instance). From there it filters the homes that match what the client asked for.

Sends photos on request
If the client wants to see the kitchen or the bathroom, they ask and the bot sends the photos right away. Plans and video too.
- 04
Books the viewing
The client picks what time to see the home. By default, from 08:00 to 19:00, unless the agency changes the schedule from the panel.

Confirms with the owner
The bot sends the owner a WhatsApp with a Yes / No button to confirm the appointment with the client.

Appointment to the owner's calendar
When the owner says yes, the appointment shows up in their calendar. Nobody types it in by hand.

Pre-booking to the client
The bot asked for the client's email during the conversation, so it sends the pre-booking by email and the client has it all in writing.
