How NG-INMO works, step by step
From the client's first message to the viewing confirmed with the owner, with no human intervention.

The client writes or calls
The bot picks up the message from WhatsApp, your website chatbot or a phone call. It understands which home they want and which features matter.

Searches the database
Baserow pulls data continuously from the client's CRM (e.g. Inmobalia CRM). It filters properties by the features the user asked for.

Sends photos on request
The user can ask for photos of specific parts of the home and the bot sends them instantly, along with plans and video.

Books the viewing
The user picks a slot to view the home. Default is 08:00–19:00, unless the agency changes the schedule from the panel.

Confirms with the owner
The bot sends the owner a WhatsApp with a Yes / No button to confirm the appointment with the client.

Appointment to the owner's calendar
Once confirmed, the booking lands straight in the owner's calendar. Zero manual scheduling.
